- Video & Audio Recordings: Video takes recorded via the in-app studio teleprompter and uploaded for agency review.
- Device & Usage Information: Device model, OS version, app performance logs, and feature interaction analytics.
- Camera & Microphone Access: Requested strictly for recording video takes with live teleprompter assistance.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the creator creation queue, studio teleprompter, and video timeline editing features.
- To facilitate secure video submission and review workflows between creators and their dedicated agency writers.
- To calculate filming streaks, weekly output metrics, and pass rate analytics.
- To ensure system security, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot application errors.
4. Data Storage & Security
All video assets and metadata are transmitted over encrypted TLS connections and stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage. Media files are strictly protected with authenticated access controls and are never shared publicly without explicit agency/creator authorization.
