Please review these terms before using the Honor AI application and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Honor AI mobile application or web portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Creator & Agency Accounts
Access to creator rooms is granted via unique invite codes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Video Content & Intellectual Property
Creators retain rights to their likeness and performances as governed by their individual agency agreements. Submitted video takes are processed strictly for the purpose of agency review, ad campaign production, and approved delivery.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to record or upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or violates third-party rights or platform safety standards.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the integrity of our studio platform.
